Health and Welfare
Health and welfare benefits are purchased with an allowance provided by Teledyne Cougar. Employees also have the option to purchase additional benefits with pre-tax payroll deductions. All health and welfare benefits are effective on the hire date.

Medical, Dental & Vision
Choose between two medical plans and one dental plan and one vision plan.

Vacation & Sick Leave
All regular full-time employees accrue vacation benefits based on their years of service.
Regular full-time employees accrue sick leave benefits each pay period, up to 80 hours per year.

Holidays
Teledyne Cougar observes 10 and 1/2 paid holidays per calendar year.

Equity Compensation
Teledyne Cougar 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan
Employees may contribute a percentage of their compensation subject to the IRS annual limit, daily enrollment, and changes. Employees become eligible on their hire date. Teledyne Cougar offers a matching percentage of the employee's contribution to the plan following their introductory period.

Stock Purchase Plan
Employees may choose to participate in this plan after one year of continuous employment. For every dollar you contribute, Teledyne will make a matching contribution of twenty five cents.

Educational Assistance Plan
Employees are eligible to participate after the introductory period.
