Administrator 2

Description:
Receive and process RFQ’s (catalog models, specials, space hardware, dash numbers, etc.) and basic technical inquires from customers. Complete quotations, including pricing and delivery. Work with sales representatives and customers to track opportunities, develop and close sales opportunities. Provide customers with status information as required. Serve as back-up for Export Administrator performing end-user certification review and acceptance, daily export logs, etc.

Qualifications:
Two year degree or equivalent work experience plus two years sales experience in electronics industry (prefer microwave components experience). Fluent in English and writing skills critical. Familiarity with reading and interpreting specifications. Detailed and organized. Customer advocate attitude. Must be able to multi-task. Understanding of general export restrictions and requirements. Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including data bases and general office equipment.

Assembler Proto 4 (Swing Shift)

Description:
MIC operator who can perform the braze, eutectic die and component attach, epoxy attach components, ball bond, and wedge bonding. Also, choke attach, epoxy staking, gap weld choke wires and ribbons. Operator is able to interpret drawings and assist with engineers. Familiar with MIL-STD 883 and MIL-PRF 38534. High School diploma.

Qualifications:
Must have 4 to 5 years experience in the hybrid assembly. Must be able to interpret assembly drawings and understand written instructions. Knowledgeable on the use of tools, such as tweezers, probes, screwdrivers, socket wrenches, heater stage measurements, and the use of low and high power microscopes.

Design Engineer 2

Description:
The purpose of this job is to design microwave and RF components including, but not limited to amplifiers, oscillators, mixers, detectors, filters and switches. The engineer must be able to analyze and design RF/Microwave circuits. Must understand and be able to perform basic RF/Microwave measurements (i.e. Gain, NF, P-1DB, return loss, VSWR, etc). Must be a team worker to work with other engineering staff. Must be familiar with CAD tools (MWO, ADS, SPICE, etc) to perform circuit design. Must be familiar with basic lab equipment (i.e. power supplies, network analyzers, NF meters, etc.). Should be familiar with the basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office, AUTOCAD, etc.

Qualifications:
BSEE required, MSEE optional and 6 plus years of related experience in the design of RF & Microwave components necessary. US citizen.

Description:

Engineering Technician 4

Description:
The purpose of this job is to provide technician assistance in the characterization/development of new and existing components including amplifiers, mixers, detectors, subsystems, etc. Provide engineering support for new product development. Familiar with load pull testing, gain testing, noise figure, power testing, intermodulation testing, etc.

Qualifications:
5 to 10 years experience required in the area of RF/Microwave measurements, amplifier tuning, mixers, filters, oscillators, detector and integrated assembly alignment. Ability to lift 20 to 30 lbs. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills. Able to ready schematics. Experienced in transferring product into production environment. Ability to use CAD tools such as MWO and AutoCad.

Planner 2

Description:
Plan material to support H & K level programs jobs. Material used in program jobs is lot controlled. The purpose of this job is to create a material matrix for end item being planned, determine lots to be used and ensuring material from those lots will be available at the time of kitting. Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing. Ability to communicate with buyers, planners, inventory control and program management or shortages, anticipated shortages, expediting status, etc. Determine and manage appropriate inventory levels. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work under pressure and deadlines.

Qualifications:
AS degree, BA a plus. APICS certification preferred. Experience in material planning and inventory control, purchasing experience a plus. Experience with integrated materials/production systems (MRP/ERP) is required. Mastery of Excel is critical to this position. Very strong attention to detail required. Strong initiative and drive to resolve problems and implement process improvements. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project and Outlook).

Process Engineer 3

Description:
To support ongoing and future projects for Process Engineering. This includes but is not restricted to, process development for Microwave hybrid and sub-assemblies, maintenance and improvements, and fixture design. Failure Analysis and support for manufacturing tasks.

Qualifications:
4 year Technical degree or equivalent experience. Must be familiar with MIL-PRF 38534 and MIL-STD-883. Working knowledge of Microwave Hybrid manufacturing techniques and manufacturing test equipment. Design of experiments, SPC controls and monitoring. Failure Analysis techniques a must. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to work independently. Knowledge of Microsoft Office. Microscope work with appropriate hand-eye skills and use of hand tools. US citizen.

Description:
Pull material from stock locations using a pick list. Filling shortages when required and using the computer data base to transact material in or out of stocking locations.

Qualifications:
High School diploma, 2 plus years of small component handling using 10X microscope and small tools like tweezers. Experience in using computer to transact material to and from a stocking location or issuing to a work order. Sitting for long periods of time. Knowledgeable in ESD processes and procedures. Using and understanding of inventory tracking data base.

Description:
Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods of time. Ability to use small hand tools under microscope. Able to lift up to 25lbs. Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Qualifications:
Experience of 2 to 5 years tuning and testing Thin Film Hybrid amplifiers, VCO’s detectors, filters or related products. Related experience testing other types of Microwave components, circuits or assemblies may be acceptable.
