David Xia Joins Teledyne Cougar's Sales Staff.

Teledyne Cougar is pleased to announce the addition of Mr. David Xia to our Applications Engineering/Sales staff. Mr. Xia brings over 5 years of engineering design experience to Teledyne Cougar. Mr. Xia’s recent experience includes design responsibilities at Johns Hopkins – Applied Physics Lab, Northrop Grumman – Electronic Systems, and Technology Service Corporation. David has worked in the areas of Radar Systems Engineering, Communications Systems, RF MMIC Design as well as analysis and modeling.
